The 2008 All Star team started their journey with the District 4 Tournament, beating West Point Big League in a best of 3 series. The team then faced the District 7 Big League All Stars at the Georgia State Tournament in West Point
to earn a trip to the Southern Regional Big League Baseball Tournament. They faced stiff competition in Florida, but left with a 1-2 record and were only two runs down from going on to the Semi-Final Round. The team gained experience, had a good time, and came back ready to win the 2009 State Tournament and try their hand at another Regional Tournament.

They were Managed by Gary Snider and coached by Ralph Storm, Tommy Thomas, and Rick Ferguson.
